如何清(qing)洗SilcoCan/TO-Can蘇(su)瑪罐(guan)呢?

蘇瑪罐的清洗

采樣罐不論是新的或用過的,在使用前必須要進行清潔(jie)處理。對于實驗室批量校驗的潔(jie)凈采樣罐而言,其中1/10的采樣罐應該進行潔(jie)凈校驗。尤其是可能面(mian)臨(lin)潛(qian)在訴(su)訟爭(zheng)議時,我們建議使用前逐個校驗采樣罐是否潔(jie)凈。

清洗系統

清洗方法

1 把所有采樣罐跟(gen)清(qing)潔系(xi)統(tong)連(lian)接在一起(qi),然后釋放(fang)所有采樣罐內的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。把這個(ge)系(xi)統(tong)置于真空(kong)下抽(chou)空(kong)采樣罐。美(mei)國EPA的方法TO-14A/15建議抽(chou)空(kong)這個(ge)系(xi)統(tong)至負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)50 mTorr 1個(ge)小(xiao)時。但(dan)負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)23-25" Hg對一般的清(qing)洗(xi)足(zu)夠(gou)的。

2 在把采(cai)樣罐(guan)(guan)置于真空(kong)(kong)下(xia)(xia)大約(yue)一小時時后,用加(jia)濕(shi)的(de)空(kong)(kong)氣或氮氣向采(cai)樣罐(guan)(guan)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)會稀釋雜質(zhi),加(jia)濕(shi)的(de)空(kong)(kong)氣也會將(jiang)雜質(zhi)水解。如果采(cai)樣罐(guan)(guan)被(bei)加(jia)熱(re),負壓(ya)(ya)將(jiang)增(zeng)至5 psig,如不(bu)被(bei)加(jia)熱(re),負壓(ya)(ya)將(jiang)增(zeng)至至30 psig。 當在設定的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力下(xia)(xia)系統達到平衡(heng)時就進行(xing)步驟(zou)3。

5 在驗證(zheng)過的(de)采樣罐(guan)中要確認采樣罐(guan)是否已(yi)經按以下的(de)程序(xu)成功(gong)而(er)有效的(de)清洗了。在一(yi)個(ge)(ge)可(ke)靠的(de)驗證(zheng)程序(xu)被(bei)開發出來以前,US EPA方法建議測試每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)采樣罐(guan)。

如(ru)有必要,重復步驟1-5。循(xun)環周(zhou)期的(de)(de)次(ci)數(shu)是(shi)根據采樣罐(guan)污染程度(du)和清洗(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)難易。我們建(jian)議(yi)通(tong)過測試每(mei)次(ci)清洗(xi)(xi)采樣罐(guan)的(de)(de)效(xiao)果來(lai)得出合適的(de)(de)清潔次(ci)數(shu)以便建(jian)立一個適合采樣具體情況的(de)(de)清潔程序。如(ru)果采樣罐(guan)沒(mei)有被加熱(re),清洗(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)循(xun)環次(ci)數(shu)可能要更(geng)多。

6.清潔的采樣(yang)罐可(ke)預抽(chou)真(zhen)空至10-50 mTorr。準備隨時用(yong)于監測點采樣(yang),如(ru)果整個系統無泄露,你可(ke)以使用(yong)低真(zhen)空泵抽(chou)空,但許(xu)多商品化的清洗(xi)系統包(bao)括一個分子阻尼(ni)泵可(ke)迅速達到終點負壓。

 

驗證采樣罐合格
